Regular In-person Yoga Classes
Monday- 11-12 noon Hatha Yoga for all at The Cow Shed Studio, Hammes Farm, Steyning. The new term runs from Monday 13th May to Monday 24th June (no classes on 6th or 27th May). It's £72 for this six -week term.
Wednesday- 9.45am-10.45am Over 50s Hatha Yoga at Cranleigh Sports and Social Club, Parsonage Road, Cranleigh. Seniors Body Wisdom Yoga (open to those age 50 and above) at Cranleigh Sports and Social Club, Parsonage Road, Cranleigh.The new term runs from Wednesday 1st May to Wednesday 26th June. It's £108 for this nine-week term.

Chair Yoga Class 12.15-1pm- a chair-based class open to all.This class offers well-known and adapted yoga poses so we’re either sitting on a chair to do them or standing up and using the chair as a support.The new term runs from Wednesday 1st May to Wednesday 26th June. It's £90 for this nine-week term.

Friday- 3pm-4pm Hatha Yoga for all at Slinfold Village Hall, The Street, Slinfold.The new term runs from Friday 3rd May to Friday 28th June. It's £108 for this nine-week term.

Terms and conditions
All payments for classes are non-refundable* and classes can’t be carried over to the next term. However, you may change classes (assuming there is space in the other class) or receive a yoga video instead of in-person classes.
You may not transfer your place to somebody else without checking with me first.
You may not share any yoga videos I’ve sent on social media.
With day workshops and one-off day or evening events I can only refund you if I can find somebody to take your place. In this case I'll deduct a 10% admin fee.
With residential retreats I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges. I advise having travel insurance you can fall back on if you're unable to attend.
